Voices, Stories, and the Future of Running
Who we are

Runners Uniting. Creative and Challenging

Let’s Get Uncomfortable is a podcast that explores the deeper realities of running—going beyond miles and medals to confront the inequalities that exist within the sport.

Created to spark honest dialogue around body type, access, representation, and inclusivity, the podcast emerged in response to the social injustices highlighted during the COVID-19 pandemic. Each episode invites meaningful reflection by bringing together athletes, coaches, race directors, and brand leaders to share their experiences and examine the barriers within the running community.
